Our 6,000 square feet of meeting space is the perfect spot for any corporate or social event ranging from wedding receptions to family reunions, church banquets to holiday parties. Each event is unique and individualized to satisfy every taste. Our chefs prepare sumptuous hors d'oeuvres, exquisite formal dinners and everything in between. Our trained, professional staff will ensure your event is a success.

All 6,000 square feet of banquet rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel with no stairs to navigate for your guests. The parking surrounds the entire hotel with only a short distance from the parking lot to your banquet room. All of our beautiful renovated banquet rooms are non-smoking but with nearby outdoor smoking convenience. There are also no guestrooms above any of the banquet rooms thereby assuring privacy for your function.

The Forsyth Ballroom is located right past our front desk with a short walk to the ballroom making it very convenient for all guests as they will not have far to walk. The ballroom has no guestrooms above it and we are non-smoking in all of our public areas. The ballroom has nine (9) absolutely gorgeous chandeliers. It can be divided into 3 different sections (3 chandeliers each section) or into one large ballroom.

The Salem Ballroom is located immediately to the left after entering the main entrance of the hotel. The room has a built-in stage with a disco ball and lights above the dance area (the disco ball and lights are underneath an overhang in order to not distract your guests). The stage can also be used for guest speakers and/or audio visual equipment. There are private restrooms for your guests’ convenience and a coat room to hang up your wraps. The built-in bar has doors to open or close depending up on your preference for a bar.

The Reynolda Room is located right past our front desk. The ballroom has volume controlled built-in music for your convenience. The room can be divided into two different sections or one larger room.

The Boardroom is located right past our front desk. It has a conference table for 12 guests with a built-in white board and flip charts. This room is great for those small meetings and private interviews. 

The Atrium is located in the back of our restaurant and can accommodate up to 30 guests. It is surrounded on 3 sides with wall to ceiling windows to enjoy the outdoors while being comfortable indoors. This would be a semi-private area.
